By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Marketing (consent-based): with your consent (or as permitted by law), send newsletters or promotional messages about upcoming cohorts, modules, or resources. You can opt out anytime.
  • Legal & compliance: comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, and address disputes.

4) Legal Bases (Canada)

We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law (e.g., to provide a service you requested, to meet legal obligations, or to protect against fraud). Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

5) When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers/processors: CRM/booking, email/SMS providers, payment processors, analytics, web hosting, and video platforms—solely to operate, support, and improve our services.
  • Instructors/Team: limited information required to conduct sessions and support you.
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, lawful requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or users.
  • Business transfers: in case of merger, acquisition, or similar event, your information may transfer as part of the transaction, subject to this Policy.

We require service providers to safeguard personal information and use it only for the contracted purposes.

6) International Transfers

Our service providers may store or process personal information outside your province and/or outside Canada (e.g., in the United States). Laws in those jurisdictions may differ from Canadian law. We use contractual and organizational safeguards to protect information transferred internationally.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in where applicable.
  • Remember preferences and improve user experience.
  • Analyze Site performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Measure marketing campaigns (e.g., ad pixels).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

8) Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type (e.g., enrollment/transaction records may be kept longer for accounting and legal reasons).

9) Your Choices & Rights (Canada)

  • Access & correction: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask for corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw consent: Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (this may affect our ability to provide certain services).
  • Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails/SMS at any time using the link or instructions provided. Service/transactional messages will still be sent when necessary.

To exercise these rights, see “Contact Us” below.

10) Safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., role-based access, encryption in transit, strong authentication for critical systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and career-track learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12) Third-Party Links & Embeds

The Site may link to third-party websites or include embeds (e.g., YouTube videos). Those services operate under their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

13) Communications & CASL

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent (express or implied) or as otherwise permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in messages or contacting us.
